Howmin manufactures automotive grille molds, demonstrating injection mold design and machining capabilities for large, complex grille structures. Addressing the challenges of deep ribs, multi-directional demolding, and large exterior surfaces, we apply 5-axis CNC machining and deep-hole drilling to ensure structural strength and surface consistency, while mold flow analysis controls filling balance and warpage.
