The QUICK JET 5-axis CNC machining center , supporting both 3+2 axis positioning and **full 5-axis simultaneous machining. This advanced setup significantly reduces tool interference when machining deep-cavity molds and complex curved surfaces, making it ideal for high-precision automotive lighting molds and plastic injection mold components.
Designed with a high-rigidity bridge-type structure and a symmetrical box-type crossbeam using a four-rail system, the machine incorporates a fully integrated headstock within the Box-in-Box frame. This innovative design effectively minimizes thermal displacement caused by ambient temperature fluctuations, ensuring exceptional stability and accuracy during high-speed and high-efficiency cutting operations.
The machine base and worktable are integrally cast, providing excellent load-bearing strength. The three-axis movement is fully independent of the workpiece weight, enabling stable, vibration-free machining even for large plastic molds.
Additionally, the X-axis features dual servo motors and dual optical scale feedback, ensuring precise dynamic positioning and enhanced consistency in precision mold manufacturing.
