Overview of Machining Equipment

Howmin's machining floor is built around automotive lighting molds:

deep cavities, optical surfaces, and tight parting lines. Key equipment includes a QUICK JET 5-axis high-speed machining center, VASTUNA 4-axis deep-hole drilling & milling center for cooling channels, SIGMA gantry-type 3-axis CNC, CHMER EDM with twin-head electrodes, wire cutting, and a vertical die spotting press—achieving ±0.05 mm machining accuracy.
