The VASTUNA S-Series is engineered for high-precision deep-hole drilling and angled-hole machining in complex mold components. Built with a robust moving-column structure and integrated CNC rotary worktable, it enables precise multi-angle positioning for intricate applications.

With a wide drilling angle range (± tilt), the S-Series is ideal for automotive lighting molds, bumper molds, and other large, multi-angled plastic injection molds that require accurate inclined-hole processing.

This machine features a dual-spindle system:
- A BT-50 milling spindle for heavy rough machining  
- A dedicated gun drilling spindle for high-efficiency deep-hole operations

This configuration supports both rough cutting and deep, angled drilling in a single setup, reducing tool changes and significantly improving machining accuracy and efficiency.


The S-Series is optimized for the production of large, deep-cavity molds used in high-precision automotive and industrial plastic tooling, ensuring stable performance even under demanding drilling conditions.
