We utilize advanced UG (Unigraphics) CAD software for automotive lighting plastic mold design, supporting single-shot, two-shot (2K), three-shot (3K), and four-shot (4K) injection mold development with strong multi-material integration capabilities. Through real-time collaboration and reverse engineering support, we significantly enhance mold structural accuracy and design efficiency, while effectively shortening the automotive lighting mold development cycle and accelerating time-to-mass production.
