Q: Can you export molds overseas?
A: Yes. Our molds are export-ready, shipped FOB Taiwan port with compliant fumigated wooden crates, and we provide English drawings and reports.
Q: How do overseas clients participate in mold trials?
A: We support overseas trials with English trial reports and issue lists. Clients can visit for verification, join trials by video, or confirm remotely via complete documentation.
Q: Is your English communication reliable?
A: Yes. Technical and commercial inquiries are handled in English; drawings, reports, and molding condition sheets are provided in English.
Q: What trade terms do you use?
A: Default FOB Taiwan (Incoterms 2020), with sea freight and insurance arranged by the buyer; other terms such as CIF can be discussed on request.
Q: Will the mold get damaged or rust during sea transport?
A: Molds ship with rust-prevention treatment and crate fixation, with standard procedures for heavy-cargo securing and moisture protection to prevent transit impact and corrosion.
Q: Can we audit your factory by video?
A: Welcome. We accept video audits showing the machining floor, measuring room, and mold storage; on-site visits are also welcome — we're in Yunlin, about 1 hour from Taichung.
