Howmin designs and builds multi-shot injection molds—also known as bi-injection, double-injection, or 2-component (2C) tooling—from single-shot to four-shot (4K) systems. The key technical challenges of multi-color mold manufacturing lie in precise core alignment, shrinkage compensation across different resins, and deep mold design expertise. This is where Howmin's 30 years of hands-on experience delivers real value: high precision, stability, and reliable performance in complex multi-shot applications. Howmin is one of the few mold makers in Taiwan capable of delivering four-shot (4K) automotive lamp molds.
